Abstract:
To provide an image forming device by which an image with high definition is formed concerning a gray scale part in a color image.
The driving quantity of CMYK ink is controlled to permit the calorimetric value of the gray scale in the formed image to be within the negative quadrant side, of (b) on the ab plane of the CIEL ab space and also within the hue angle range of a 90° and, besides, to permit the hue with black ink to be continuously connected. Thus, the fluctuation of the hue of the gray scale is suppressed to a min. level.
