To provide an image information providing device capable of restraining image quality felt by an occupant from getting low when a motion of image displacement for canceling a relative displacement is fast, while preventing unfamiliar feeling from being imparted to the occupant by image displacement with the image stably displayed in a space, when the occupant is relatively moved with respect to a screen.

This image information providing device 100 is set with a display 112 having the screen for displaying image information, in a position visible from the occupant in a cabin, and is provided with an image display position control means and an image display changing means. The image display position control means (step S10-step S110) displaces an image display position to cancel the relative displacement between the occupant and the screen, when the occupant is relatively moved with respect to the screen, and displays the image stably on the space. The image display changing means (step S120-step S200) executes a change to the image display to restrain an image blurring on a retina, when the blurring is generated in an image on the retina of an eye of the occupant watching a fixed direction on the space, due to the change of a position of a vehicle or the occupant during displaying one frame of stationary image, at the time when controlling the image display position.
