Abstract:
To improve rejection of noise due to a pixel, and thereby to improve a signal processing speed.
An image pick-up device has: a plurality of pixels for imaging a subject; a plurality of vertical output lines for reading a signal from the plurality of pixels; an amplification circuit for amplifying the signal read by the plurality of vertical output lines; a correction circuit for correcting a noise content included in the signal read from the plurality of pixels; and a transfer means for transferring the signal outputted from the amplification circuit to horizontal output lines. The correction circuit and the amplification circuit share at least one part.
