Abstract:
To provide an image processing apparatus, designed such that a maintenance work space for an image forming device is ensured, while the height of the document table of an image reading device is decreased and that the image reading device can be disposed on the installation area of the image forming apparatus.
The image processing apparatus has the image reading device on the image forming device includes, with mounted legs formed on the image reading device; insertion holes made in the image forming device so as to correspond to the mounting legs; and hinge parts formed almost at the roots of the mounting legs. The image reading device can be turned so as to be opened or closed relative to the image forming device.
