Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of preventing such a deviation which gives discomfort to an appreciator from occurring between an image and sound in a divided moving image.SOLUTION: An image processing device has a stream data generation part for generating video chunks from a plurality of video access units generated by an image encoding part, generating sound chunks from a plurality of audio access units generated by a sound encoding part, and generating stream data in which the video chunks and the audio chunks are alternately arranged. The stream data generation part generates steam data such that an audio access unit in which delay of output start timing during reproduction does not exceed a first prescribed time is located at the head of the n-th audio chunk with respect to output timing during reproduction of a video access unit located at the head of the n-th video chunk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
