Abstract:
To display an image with which the luminance and color of a portion of attention can be easily recognized and determination as to whether a desired subject is focused can be easily performed.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 100 comprises: an image deviation calculation unit 110 that calculates the amount of image deviation in a plurality of parallax image signals acquired from an image pick-up device 101; a blurring amount determination unit 111 that determines the amount of blurring in an area where image deviation occurs based on the image deviation amount; a shift addition unit 104 that performs blurring processing on the parallax image signals based on the determined blurring amount; a developing unit for display 106 that generates a display image signal of an image on which the blurring processing is performed; and a display unit 107 that displays the display image signal. The blurring amount determination unit 111 determines the blurring amount such that a blurring amount according to the image deviation amount becomes equal to or more than a blurring amount obtained based on a defocus amount corresponding to the image deviation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
