Abstract:
To provide an image processing method capable of executing highly accurate sharpening processing while reducing the quantity of information required for the sharpening processing.SOLUTION: An image processing method includes: an acquisition step of acquiring a captured image which is generated by imaging through an optical system, and information on a point image intensity distribution function corresponding to an imaging condition of the optical system; and a processing step of performing unsharp mask processing on the captured image using a filter which is generated based on the information on the point image intensity distribution function. An accessory optical system which changes optical characteristics is attachable to and detachable from the optical system, and the filter is generated from information on the accessory optical system and the information on the point image intensity distribution function at the time when the accessory optical system is not mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
