Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image recognition device capable of recognizing a turning image by less operation volume in order to attain pattern recognition allowing the rotation of a target by actual device cost and processing time. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a turning angle estimation part (ST53) for inputting respective elements of a target pattern and outputting an estimated turning angle by a neural network in which a synapse load value is previously set up based on a reference pattern and a judgement part (ST6 to ST8) for correcting the output value of a phase difference between the estimated output value and a previously set expected value and judging identify between the target and the reference in accordance with similarity between the expected value and the corrected output value.
