A perforation control part 10d calculates a movement amount nearly parallel to a transfer direction of the recording medium on the basis of a reference position of the recording medium 2 passed through image recording, and indicates a perforation insertion part 40 to perform sewing machine blade working based on the movement amount. The perforation insertion part 40 forms perforations to an indicated position. The reference position is a side end of the medium detected by a medium end detecting part 50 in an end subordinate mode, and is a reference position of a record image in an image center subordinate mode.
