Abstract:
To provide an image sensing device including ToF pixels that can reduce wasteful power consumption.SOLUTION: An image sensing device includes a substrate including a backside on which light is incident and a frontside opposite the backside, a control node that generates a potential gradient in the substrate, tabs each containing a detection node that captures the photocharge generated by light and traveling by the potential gradient, and a first well region that is in contact with the control node of the tub and contains an impurity of a conductivity type different from that of the control node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
