Abstract:
To provide an image sensor, a camera module, a mobile terminal and an image collection method which realize independent control of the transparent pixel exposure time and the color pixel exposure time.SOLUTION: A plurality of color pixels A, B, C and a plurality of transparent pixels W are arranged in the pixel array of a minimum array unit 510 in the image sensor including a two-dimensional pixel array. In the two-dimensional pixel array, the transparent pixels W are arranged on a first diagonal line and the parallel line thereof, and the color pixels A, B, C are arranged on a second diagonal line and the parallel line thereof. The independent control of transparent pixel exposure time and color pixel exposure time is realized by controlling first exposure time of at least two adjacent transparent pixels W on the first diagonal line with a first exposure signal and controlling second exposure time of at least two adjacent color pixels on the second diagonal line with a second exposure signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
