An image and sound compositing device for domestic use is provided which realizes an external input means and an editing means for video information and sounds photographed and collected by an individual. A management center having a network for exclusive use is established, and information prepared by the image and sound compositing device for domestic use is collected and selected to provide the selected information to individuals or groups having a contract with the management center.
