Abstract:

To provide an imager adapter which can easily provide a communication function by being added to a medical image diagnostic device without a communication function to an imager.

An interface device 10a creates a format information data DF from a print format information inputted by an operator from a print control box 20a, and sends the information to the imager IMa via the DICOM network DN. A display medical image is obtained from a video signal input from a CT device Ca, a medical image identification information is extracted from the display medical image, and an image data HG with information added corresponding to the identification information is obtained from the CT device Ca via the DICOM network DN. A print information data DG is created from the display medical image and the added information and sent to the imager IMa via the DICOM network DN.
