Abstract:
To provide an imaging device capable of achieving both high-speed reading of a pixel signal and reduction of power consumption.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a pixel unit in which a plurality of pixels are arranged in a matrix, a reading unit that can simultaneously read signals of the pixels of the first row of the pixel unit, a first correction unit that can simultaneously correct the signals of the pixels of the first row, a second correction unit that can simultaneously correct the signals of the pixels of the second row, which is less than the first row, and a control unit that switches a first mode in which the reading unit simultaneously reads the signal of the pixels of the first row, and the first correction unit simultaneously corrects the signals of the pixels the first row, and a second mode in which the reading unit simultaneously reads the signals of the pixels of the second rows, and the second correction unit simultaneously corrects the signals of the pixels the second row.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
