PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a first substrate 51, a second substrate 52 which faces the first substrate 51 and rotates around an axis perpendicular to substantially the center of the first substrate 51, a second light emitting element 60 which is provided substantially at the center of the second substrate 52 and outputs second light having a second data rate, a second light receiving element 58 which is provided substantially at the center of the first substrate 51 and receives the second light, and a condensing portion 139 which is provided between the first substrate 51 and the second substrate 52 and condenses the second light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
