Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of photographing in a wide dynamic range with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a first imaging cell including a first photoelectric conversion part and a first signal detection circuit for detecting an electric signal generated at the first photoelectric conversion part. The first signal detection circuit includes: a first transistor with either one of its source and drain electrically connected to the first photoelectric conversion part; a first capacitative element having one end electrically connected to the other of the source and drain of the first transistor and having the other end applied with a reference potential; and a second transistor having a gate electrically connected to the first photoelectric conversion part. The first imaging cell sequentially outputs a first image signal which is a signal with the first transistor under an off state and a second image signal which is a signal with the first transistor under an on state in one frame period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
