Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of enlarging a photometric dynamic range.SOLUTION: In an imaging device, gain setting means 6 can set at least two different gains. Different gains are set for each row or column of a prescribed cycle of a pixel array 1 to amplification means 5, which amplifies and outputs a pixel signal of a plurality of colors read from the pixel array 1 by pixel reading means 2, so that the pixel signals of all of the plurality of colors are respectively amplified with at least two different gains by the amplification means 5. Photometric means photometrically measures reflection light after utilization of the pixel signals of the plurality of colors amplified by amplification means with at least two different gains that are set for each row and column of the prescribed cycle of the pixel array. Control means controls so as to determine a light-emitting amount of light-emitting means on the basis of photometric results by the photometric means and to make the light-emitting means emit light in the determined light-emitting amount.
