Abstract:
To provide an imaging device with high distance resolution and a wide distance measurable range.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a light source unit which emits first and second modulation light to an object; an imaging element including first and second pixels which receive the first and second modulation light reflected by the object to generate a signal; a first phase difference measuring unit which measures a first phase difference between a phase of the first modulation light emitted from the light source unit and a phase of the first modulation light received by the first pixel by an output signal of the first pixel; a second phase difference measuring unit which measures a second phase difference between a phase of the second modulation light emitted from the light source unit and a phase of the second modulation light received by the second pixel by an output signal of the second pixel; a distance calculating unit which calculates the distance to the object according to the first and second phase differences; and an image data generating unit which generates image data of the object on the basis of the output signal of the first pixel and the output signal of the second pixel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
