Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of performing offset correction that makes line noise inconspicuous with simple signal processing.SOLUTION: An imaging device controls to perform an operation to read offset image data out of a conversion circuit irradiated with radiation a plurality of times separately from an operation to read image data out of the conversion circuit, extracts offset data corresponding to at least one pixel from one of a plurality of pieces of offset image data to generate offset image data for correction, and performs subtraction processing by using the offset image data for correction and the image data so as to perform offset correction that makes line noise inconspicuous.
