To provide an impact hammer and an impact hammer device capable of applying a uniform impact force onto a measuring object without requiring a work for swinging the impact hammer downward toward an objected to be measured.
The peripheral wall of a stator 20 comprises a permanent magnet 22, and magnetic yokes 21, 23 forming a circular cavity Ar, and constituting a magnetic path C together with the permanent magnet. A movable element has a non-magnetic rod part 31b fitted to the stator 20, and a non-magnetic flange 31a provided on the rod and facing to a yoke 21b and a yoke 23, and also has an impact rod 31 making axial movement when receiving a thrust, an impact chip 32 provided coaxially on the non-magnetic flange 31a through a force sensor 33, a non-magnetic coil bobbin 35 fixed to the flange 31a, and a driving coil 36 wound on the bobbin, for generating a magnetic force between itself and a magnetic flux flowing from the permanent magnet as a thrust in the axial direction of the bobbin.
