Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extend the life of an impact member by forming a combination structure consisting of an impact blade wherein the impact surface of a substrate is formed from a hard alloy member and the hard built-up part formed to the surface of a rotary disc around the implanted part of the impact blade.
CONSTITUTION: A combination structure consisting of an impact blade 1 wherein the impact surface of a substrate 4 is formed from a hard alloy member 5 and the hard built-up part 3 formed to the surface of a rotary disc 2 around the implanted part of the impact blade 1 is provided. As a result, the impact blade 1 itself is modified and the balance of the abrasion resistance around the implanted part of the impact blade 1 can be taken most well and the life of an impact member can be extended.
