To provide an implement for press-bonding plate glasses which is fast in heat transfer rate while maintaining its rigidity.
In this press-bonding implement, the plate glasses 3 sandwiching an adhesive therebetween are placed on a support 2 and are pressed from above with a press board 1. The support 2 has a two-stage structure in which the air flow paths 6 and 7 are formed by the partition plates 4 and 5, respectively and cross with each other. On a plate 13 dividing the structure into two sections, the holes 14 are bored so that hot air from below passes therethrough. Further, the upper face of a ceiling plate 8 is formed in an irregularity form by disposing the partition plates 12 thereon. As a result, when the press-bonding implement is put in a drier, the hot air from a heat source is passed through the air flow paths 6 and 7, and also is blown into the irregularity form on the press board 1 to accelerate heat conduction to the plate glasses 3.
