PURPOSE: To prevent a temporal interruption of call for the transfer of coin receiving signal, by transmitting an imposition control signal to a public telephone set, before the start of call and after the end of call.
CONSTITUTION: After the performance of a call sequence and a public key identifying sequence, the number of imposition seconds is determined at an exchanger 1 and it is transmitted to a public phone terminal 3. During call, when the number of imposition seconds elapses, a coin reciving start signal is transmitted from a timing monitor section 8 to a coin containing control section 9 and the timing monitor 8 is directly started with the end of coin containment. After the end of call, an exchanger 1 reads in the number of coin receiving number to registrate the imposition meter to a subscriber call-meter corresponding to a public phone terminal 3.
