Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an occluder excellent in durability for repairing dissepiment deficits of the heart and the blood vessel by taking such means that a plurality of occluders opposed to each other are coupled together, a frame having a support is formed in at least one of them, and a fatigue resistance means or the like is arranged in the support. CONSTITUTION: A device main body 10 is so consisted that a plurality of occluders 12, 14 are opposed to and coupled with each other by a central hub for deciding the central axis or a wire 16. The each of the occluders 12, 14 is provided with a frame consisted of a plurality of long supports 18 expanded radically from the central hub 16. Then, the each support 18 is provided with a second bending hinge part or a shoulder part 20. The each support 18 is also provided with a second bending hinge part or an elbow part 22. The each support 18 is provided with a ring 24 for hiding a posited part which is apt to injure the tissue. A plurality of cloth pieces 26, 28 are connected to the frame of the each support 18 and the lateral path deficit so as to close it when the device main body 10 is expanded.
