Title:
IMPROVEMENT OF ADHESIVENESS AND COLORING SUITABILITY OF POLYVINYL CHLORIDE PLASTISOL AT LOW BAKING TEMPERATURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02258858
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an accelerator comprising a polymerized fatty acid and a specified amine mixture and exhibiting improved adhesiveness and coloring suitability at a high baking temp.

CONSTITUTION: An adhesiveness accelerator for vinyl chloride plastisol contg. a polymerized fatty acid (A) and an ungelled condensation product of a mixture of a plurality of amines (polyalkylenepolyamine and N-aminoalkylpiperazine) existing at a concn. which can generate a final amine value up to approximately 225 in its condensation product is provided. The ingredient A is a dimer fatty acid. The amine mixture occupies approximately 20-30 wt.% of the condensation product. As the ingredient B, it is pref. to use an imidazoline-formable amine.
