Abstract:
To provide an in-cell touch panel capable of easily connecting a touch line to a terminal portion without expanding a frame area.SOLUTION: An in-cell touch panel 1 includes a terminal portion including a plurality of touch terminal electrodes 6b connected to a plurality of touch wires 60. The touch wires 60 include a first touch wire 61 and a second touch wire 62. The touch terminal electrodes 6b include: a first touch terminal electrode 6b1 connected to the first touch wire 61 via first touch relay wiring 610; and a second touch terminal electrode 6b2 connected to the second touch wire 62 via second touch relay wiring 620. The first touch relay wiring 610 has a first relay wiring portion 611 formed in a layer different from the first touch wire 61 and the first touch terminal electrode 6b1. The second touch relay wiring 620 is formed in a layer different from the second touch wire 62 and the second touch terminal electrode 6b2 and has a first relay wiring portion 621 formed in a layer different from the first relay wiring portion 611.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
