To provide a cylinder internal pressure sensor that enables achievement of a seal structure capable of excellently obtaining both of a seal property and a heat release property between a through-hole of a cylinder head and a cylinder internal pressure sensor to be inserted into the through-hole, and to provide an internal combustion engine that is equipped with the cylinder internal pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A through-hole 2 leading to a combustion chamber 3 is formed in a cylinder head 1 of an internal combustion engine. A cylinder internal pressure sensor 10 has a sensor body 12 to be inserted into the through-hole 2. A first seal member 20 is arranged inside the through-hole 2, has elasticity, and seals between a hole wall face serving as a wall face of the through-hole 2 and a sensor lateral wall face serving as a lateral wall face of the sensor body 12. A second seal member 22 is arranged inside the through-hole 2, has elasticity, and seals between the hole wall face and the sensor lateral wall face at a position farther away from the combustion chamber 3 than the first seal member 20. Thermal conductivity of the first seal member 20 is higher than that of the second seal member. Young's modulus of the second seal member 22 is lower than that of the first seal member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
