PURPOSE: To easily compensate the difference of phase changing amounts in the propagation path of a signal for synthesis without requiring a complicated work such as the cutting of a cable.
CONSTITUTION: Received signals B1-B10 of plural antenna elements are processed by a reference system circuit REF and plural phase locked loop circuits PLL1-PLL9, and power-synthesized by a power synthesizer 52 after the phases are arranged. The difference of the phase changing amounts in the propagation path of signals C1-C10 for synthesis to be synthesized by the power synthesizer 52 is compensated by adjusting the phase changing amounts in phase adjusting parts PA1-PA9. The phases of the input signals are arbitrarily and continuously changed and outputted by the phase adjusting parts PA1-PA9. The phase changing amounts can be adjusted by a simple work such as the adjustment of a variable resistor.
