PURPOSE: To provide an incinerator which does not burn a fire grating and can use supplied air efficiently for combustion.

CONSTITUTION: An incinerator is provided with a stoker type transfer means 5, transferring waste while effecting incinerating disposal of waste, and a combustion air supplying means 8, supplying air for the combustion of waste from the lower part of the transfer means 5, while the transfer surface of the transfer means 5 is constituted so that the downstream side of the surface is narrowed gradually and the incinerating disposal of the waste is effected on the transfer surface.
