PURPOSE: To easily and economically manufacture an incinerator formed of a composite furnace wall which is difficult to be processed and assembled by reducing a thermal impact and a mechanical impact to be applied to the wall.
CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer 3 made of a fiber member such as ceramic fiber, carbon fiber, metal fiber, shape memory fiber, etc., or a buffer layer 3 made of the member and formed with slits are interposed between a furnace inner wall 1 having thermal storage properties and a furnace outer wall 2 having heat insulation. At the stage of manufacturing, the inner wall or the outer wall 2 is divided, a block member adhered with the layer 3 on its back or inner surface is formed, and their block materials are assembled to form the inner wall 1 or the outer wall 2.
