Title:
INDEX SIGNAL GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3435715
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the quantities of transistors and resistors in use to be one each, to make the adjustment easy with this arrangement, to simplify the circuit constitution and to improve the productivity by delaying the detection signal which is obtained from the detection of magnetic force of a magnet by a Hall IC based on a time constant corresponding to the rotating speed of a rotor, so as to obtain an index signal.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with those of transistor 30, capacitors 31, 32, variable resistor 34 which are settled as a time constant setting means to set two kinds of time constants corresponding to the rotating speed of the rotor, and the Hall IC 20 to generate the detection signal by detecting the magnetic force of the magnet mounted on the rotor for generating an index pulse. The detection signal therefrom is delayed with two kinds of time constants and outputted as the index signal.
