PURPOSE: To perform accurately and easily the reading of the corresponding set value, a measuring value and a value in common use of a meter, by means of bar graph display for the indication of the measured values and of cursor display for the indication of the set value.

CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage 6 is given to a bar graph driver IC10 as a comparison voltage 9 through a voltage regulator 8 and bar graph light emitting elements 11 are sequentially lighted in bar graph state in proportion to an input voltage. A microprocessor gives a set value signal to a driver IC15 as a signal what order number of light emitting element is to be lighted, the set point of a bar graph light emitting element 11' is lighted by one segment for set value indication part cursor display. As a result, a measuring value indicating section 16 has bar graph display and a set value indicating section 17 has cursor display.
