To provide an indication system suitable for ourdoor use and is capable of clearly and accurately indicating motor strength and momentum by a newly adopted measurement scale to indicate the contents.
This system is provided with a portion 2 for inputting an individual information of a subject, a heat beat sensor 12 for detecting heat beat or pulse of the subject during exercise, a control portion 14 which includes a calculation portion 18 for estimating a stroke volume of the subject based on the individual information from the above inputting portion 2 and counting signals from the above heat beat sensor 12 and a portion 3 for indicating the stroke volume (blood flow volume per min) of the subject during exercise obtaiend from the above control section 14, whereas a new index, namely the heat beat volume appropriately calculated according to the individual information from the detected heart beat of the subjected during exercise, makes it possible to accurately determine a proper motor volume suitable for an individual and safely continue an exercise, thereby contributing to a motivation to initiate an exercise and the continuance thereof.
