To reduce requirement for tolerance by allowing a pointer to rotate in one direction with no limit while allowed as far as a specified position in the opposite direction, which conditions are detected by a detecting device.
A pointer Z is born rotatable around a rotational axis D, and an upper side perimeter U is fixed to a molded body F which is circular except for the engagement part with a stopper. Below the molded body F, a gear Z1 interacting with a gear Z2 of an electric drive part E is formed. A latch R is born for rotation with an axis X as a center while pressurized to the upper side perimeter U of the molded body F under a spring S. The upper side perimeter U is provided with a protruding part. The pointer Z rotates clockwise with no limit as the protruding part overcomes the stopper A while stops at a reference position P counter-clockwise as the latch R cannot overcome the stopper A. The unrotatable condition can also be discriminated by a detection device V through monitoring the electric value of the electric driving part E.
