To provide an individual receiver, capable of distinguishing a report signal of a national instantaneous alarm and receiving and outputting it even in the case of any disaster prevention radio system of municipal administration, by solving the problem wherein in the case that no national instantaneous alarm system is introduced, any information on urgent earthquake news flash or a tsunami warning cannot be heard, and in the case of an individual receiver, since it is impossible to distinguish between a report signal from a master station device and a report signal from the national instantaneous alarm system, a particular control (remote control of other apparatuses etc.) cannot be performed, only at national instant alarm.

A radio function and a decoding part of the urgent alarm broadcasting system are added to the individual receiver, and information signifying a national instantaneous alarm is added to a signal transmitted from the master station device to a slave station device so that a receiving person of the individual receiver can recognize it, thus distinguishing between the report signal sent from the master station device and the report signal sent from the national instantaneous alarm device.
