Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor environment management system capable of suitably adjusting an indoor environment using an outdoor condition.SOLUTION: A building 10 has: a sash door 22 which can be changed from a closed state to an open state; a shutter device 31 which can be changed from an aeration blocking state to an aeration state and also from a non-lighting state to a lighting state; and an awning device 41 which can be changed from the non-lighting state to the lighting state. The building can let external air and sunlight in a habitable space 11 through a window section 21 by operating the sash door 22, the shutter device 31 and the awning device 41. The building 10 is also provided with an indoor environment management system which, in assumption for letting in the external air and the sunlight, predicts changes in states of such impediments as air quality and noise and performs processing for regulation for letting in the external air and the sunlight in accordance with prediction.
