PURPOSE: To obtain the inductance element whose flatness and flexibility are ensured by a method wherein a plurality of insulating synthetic-resin films are laminated by interposing flakes composed of a soft magnetic material between them and the individual flakes are arranged and installed between the films in a dispersed state that the overlapped area of the adjacent flakes per flake is set at a specific ratio or lower.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of insulating synthetic-resin films are laminated by interposing flakes composed of a soft magnetic material between them, and a laminated body is formed. At this time, the individual flakes are arranged and installed between the films in a dispersed state that the overlapped area of the adjacent flakes per flake is in a ratio of 70% or lower. In this manner, the laminated body is heated and pressurized, the films on both faces of the flakes are melted and bonded via gaps between the adjacent flakes in the direction of film faces, and an inductance element is obtained. The inductance element is stamped to be a ring shape so as to form a ring core 1, and a coil 2 is wound on the core 1. Consequently, the flatness and the flexibility of the inductance element can be realized.
