Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cope with various machine types when electric characteristic test of a deflection driving circuit is performed.
CONSTITUTION: Multiple inductor elements L1-L4 are connected in series to a current output channel of a deflection driving circuit 4, and switches SW1-SW4 of relays RY1-RY4 are connected in parallel to the inductor elements L1-L4, and, on/off of the relays RY1-RY4 are controlled based on the output level of a shift register 5, and, on each inductance value of multiple inductor elements L1-L4, binary weighting is applied.
