To continuously monitor inside of a body cavity in a stable state by indwelling a capsule type endoscope in the state of generating no deviation in the direction of an observation visual field by simple structure.
This apparatus is provided with an engaging member 202 having a plurality of engaging parts 203 which are provided connected with a holding member 201 mounting and holding the capsule type endoscope 300 and engaged to an intra body cavity tissue 411 with tension at a position which is outside of the projecting surface of the capsule-type endoscope to the intra body cavity tissue 411 and where the capsule-type endoscope is inserted, so that the generatrix L of the endoscope 300 line-contacts with the intra body cavity tissue 411 in a desired direction to be engaged so as to prevent the direction of the observation axis from being deviated.
