Abstract:

To provide an information display panel capable of stably holding surface charges and stabilizing an information display state of an image etc., for a long period, and an information display device using the same.

The information display panel which is constituted by charging at least one or more kinds of display media between two opposite substrates at least one of which is transparent and moves the display media by applying an electric field to the display media to display information of an image etc., is characterized in that particle surfaces of particles constituting the display media and substrate surfaces coming into contact with the particles are made of the same material, preferably, an electron transport material or positive hole transport material.
