An information generation device 100 includes: a determination section 140 determining whether or not a provision lottery event can occur based on an executing parameter value for executing the provision lottery event of a game medium; and an information generation section 110 generating information suggesting that the provision lottery event can occur when it is decided by the determination section 140 that the provision lottery event can occur.
