To make more visible an extremely moving specific portion in an object of image analysis in which a specific portion or the like is extremely moved, as compared with its surrounding portions, even while a direction or an angle of view of a camera is moved.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus for displaying a moving portion between successive images in a monitoring object with color acquires a difference by pixel unit between the successive images including the monitoring object as motion information, subtracts information of motion of the entire image from the acquired motion information, converts, into color information, the motion information obtained by subtracting the information of motion of the entire image from the acquired motion information, makes a display by adding, to an original image converted into the color information, color expressed by the motion information converted into the color information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
