To provide a technique for more efficiently determining a merging point of a plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: acquisition means which acquires information about a plurality of vehicles; processing means which determines a route to a common destination of the plurality of vehicles from a departure place of each of the plurality of vehicles on the basis of the acquired information about the vehicles and further determines a first merging position and a second merging position; and transmission means which transmits information about the determined route, information about the first merging position and information about the second merging position to a terminal associated with the corresponding vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
