Abstract:
To provide an information processing device, an information processing method and an information processing program that enable proper evaluation of the risk of a property location.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring, in an area unit, various kinds of information including a degree of damage due to the occurrence of at least one natural disaster, such as submergence or flood of a river, landslide disaster, earthquake disaster, volcano disaster, tsunami wave, flood tide, or temperature; a determination unit for determining, from property location information, an area the property is included in; and an evaluation unit which applies weight for each kind of the natural disasters, and evaluates the risk of the location of the property according to the degree of damage due to the occurrence of the natural disasters in the area determined by the determination unit and probabilities of occurrence of the natural disasters. The evaluation unit modifies the weight in accordance with an attribute of a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
