PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the utilization of analysis results in various fields by precisely analyzing movements of interest of the public about a prescribed evaluation object.SOLUTION: An active information acquisition unit 503 acquires a kind of information which is actively transmitted by the public itself in information about an object word as active information. A passive value calculation unit 502 calculates an active value of related words to be a set with the object word included in the active information. A passive information acquisition unit 501 acquires a kind of information which is transmitted by an information source other than the public and is passively received by the public in the information about the object word as passive information. The passive value calculation unit 502 calculates a passive value of related words to be a set with the object word, included in the passive information. A hit index number generation unit 505 generates how much the set of the object word and the related words attracts the minds of the public as a hit index number on the basis of the active value and the passive value of the related words about each of a plurality of related words.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
