An information processing device (10) is a device that generates a presentation image, and includes: an input information acquisition unit (101) that acquires input information on the basis of an input operation of a presenter (11) with respect to an input device (106) and/or voice input by the presenter (11); a determination control unit (102) that determines, on the basis of the input information, how to change the state of a presenter avatar, which is an avatar for the presenter (11); and a presentation information generation unit (103) that generates the presentation image including the presenter avatar in conjunction with the state change determined by the determination control unit (102).
