Abstract:
To more easily select a symbol image required for work currently performed by a user than a system for displaying all symbol images of application or the like used well usually by the user on a screen regardless of whether or not it is necessary for the work currently performed by the user.SOLUTION: A gadget management section 12 holds information of a trigger to display a gadget and a trigger to disable display for each gadget capable of displaying on a screen. The trigger displaying the gadget is defined as a specific operation of a user for a symbol image (an icon, a gadget, or the like) of the other object different from the gadget. A display control section 18 displays the gadget on the screen when a trigger monitoring section 16 detects the trigger displaying the gadget which is not displayed, and the display control section 18 disables display of the gadget when the trigger disabling the display of the gadget displayed on the screen is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
