Abstract:
To provide an information processing device and a program that facilitate communication between patients and nurses, and allow the three parties of patients, nurses, and a hospital to enjoy benefits by using statistics.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes a server device connected to a network, a patient terminal used by patients admitted to a hospital and connected to the network, and a nurse terminal used by hospital nurses and connected to the network. A CPU 101 of the server device includes a request reception unit that receives requests from the patient terminal, a transmission unit that transmits the received requests to the nurse terminal, an acceptance unit that accepts the requests from the nurse terminal, and a statistics unit that takes statistics on the requests received by the request reception unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
