The information processing apparatus receives a search request including a search keyword input to an input column for search in a tool bar 30 displayed on a screen of the terminal 20, and tool bar recognition information with an issuing number where, when the tool bar 30 is issued to a member, the issuing number is attached to the tool bar recognition information attached to each corporation in association with the corporation to which the member belongs (S2), recognizes the corporation based on the tool bar recognition information with an issuing number and counts the search request as the corporation, and recognizes the member based on the tool bar recognition information with an issuing number and counts the search request as the member (S6), and stores the counting result (S8).
