Abstract:
To avoid a penalty increase without a user of a vehicle realizing, when the vehicle as an electricity resource is used in a P2P electricity transaction.SOLUTION: An agent 20 is a bidding information processing device for a vehicle to trade electricity through a trading market server 3. When a failure of the trading that a vehicle does not trade the electricity occurs, the trading market server 3 carries out penalty processing to impose a penalty on the user of the vehicle. The agent 20 comprises a bid processing unit 256 and an index level calculation unit 261. The bid processing unit 256 is constructed to make a bid for the trading market server 3. The index level calculation unit 261 calculates an index level PI to express the degree of the penalty imposed on the user with penalty processing. When the index level PI reaches a threshold TH, the bid processing unit 256 cancels a bid BID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
